Performance culture and company size

Further calculations showed that the performance culture depends on the size of the company. Overall, the company sizes of the participating companies ranged from 3 to 300,000 employees. It became clear that the performance culture in small and medium-sized companies with a total of 500 employees is significantly more pronounced than in large companies with 500 or more employees. They seem to have a lot of catching up to do here.
