Wolfgang Saaman

Wolfgang Saaman is our founder, CEO, creative process developer as well as active consultant, business coach and teaching coach.

The GH businessman, graduate in business administration, doctorate in psychology with full psychotherapeutic training and professor of performance culture (Univ. Progress, AM) has been familiar with the consulting market since 1977 as the founder of the Institute for Employee Development + Organizational Development (IMO). As a management and potential diagnostician, he carried out his first independent management appraisal in 1978, which has been followed by several thousand to this day. In 1983 he became managing partner of a well-known management consultancy in Germany for 14 years. In 1984 he published his first textbook, which has been followed by another 10 to this day.

 

In 1998, Saaman founded a CONSULTING FIRM, which was headed by him as SAAMAN CONSULTANTS from 2004 to 2019 in the legal form of a stock corporation as Chairman of the Board. Since the change of legal form in 2020, he has headed SAAMAN GmbH (SAAMAN SOLUTION) as Managing Partner. In 2021, after several years of preparation, he founded the Leistungskultur e. V., which he coordinates as chairman.

Angelika Wernet

Angelika Wernet is a bank clerk and business economist (VWA). She has been with the company since 2008 in various positions, including sales and marketing support, accounting and appointment and seminar management. Since 2018, she has been responsible for the complete office management.

Michael Kirsch is a partner of SAAMAN SOLUTION, managing partner of Proceed GmbH & Co. KG, active consultant and business coach.

 

As a biologist and pedagogue, he took over the management of the Tumor Center Freiburg in 1986. In 1991 he moved to international industrial companies and accompanied marketing excellence projects, EFQM and DGQ programs. In 2011 he founded his first consulting company and in 2015 the Manufaktur für Führungskultur e.V. Since 2019, he has been Managing Partner of Proceed GmbH & Co. KG. In 2021, together with Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Saaman, he founded The Leistungskultur e. V., which he positions on the market as Deputy Chairman.

Ria Ströhlein

Ria Ströhlein is a partner at SAAMAN SOLUTION, active consultant and certified coach

She is an aviation clerk and psychologist and has several years of management experience in international aviation companies and research institutions.

Her focus is on management diagnostics and international personnel development. As a trained trainer and certified coach, she has a wealth of experience in the training and further education of employees of different hierarchical levels and branches of industry. Among other things, she was responsible for projects such as supporting companies in cultural change, establishing a feedback and error culture, security and crisis management, etc. After many years of freelance work, she founded her first consulting company in 2020 with a focus on diagnostics and personnel development.

Frank M. Bruns

Frank M. Bruns is a partner at Saaman Solution, founder of Alpha Executive Advisory, chairman of the advisory board and operational advisor to start-ups.

35 years of expertise in international change management in the process industry characterize the graduate engineer and industrial engineer. He spent 30 years at C-level, including 20 years as CEO for global family-owned companies and business units of listed technology and market leaders, and has strong intercultural competencies in Europe, America and Asia.

His focus in the automotive, plastics, printing/paper and metals industries was on successful turnarounds and international restructurings, growth-oriented value creation, change and culture management, business transformations, operational and market/product excellence as well as M&A, buy & build, spin-offs, exits and post-merger integration activities. Since 2020, Mr. Bruns has been an independent entrepreneur and offers implementation competence for corporate value enhancements as a sparring partner and lightning rod for supervisory boards, advisory boards, CEOs and management boards, nationally and internationally.

Jürgen Knott

Jürgen Knott is a partner of SAAMAN SOLUTION, certified PCF-Coach, PCF-Transformer and Business Coach.

In addition to various consulting activities, he has over 25 years of management experience in the international automotive business. As Managing Director, Regional President or Vice President, he had overall global or regional responsibility for entire business units.

His focus was on the establishment and expansion of new markets, development, marketing and sales as well as production and supply chain management, but also optimization and restructuring projects.

 

Through many years of stays abroad in China and Japan, as well as leading global teams, he has strong intercultural skills. Through his work in various organizational forms, global corporations as well as differently structured medium-sized companies, he now acts as a coach, transformer and consultant on an equal footing with his clients. He knows their challenges from his own experience and can optimally support them adapted to the situation.
