Personal certificate “PCF-Coach”

With the certification as “Performance Culture Focus Coach (PCF-Coach)” coaching competence in value-based performance culture is proven. These include methodological, personality, social, leadership, self-control and mediative competence on the rational and emotional level, sensitivity, ability to self-reflection; in addition, basic economic and psychological knowledge.

The training is suitable for already active external or internal coaches, consultants, trainers who want to expand their professionalism or get to know a method that gives them an exclusive status. The training is also suitable for managers, HR managers or other specialists.

For beginners, the training is suitable if they can prove a completed degree (or equivalent training) and two years of professional experience.

The certification is granted free of charge by Leistungskultur e. V. after passing a written and oral examination. We are responsible for the fee-based implementation of the leading training and the examination.

The following costs are incurred for the training:

Personal certificate “PCF-Transformer”

With the certification to “Performance Culture Focus Transformer (PCF Transformer)” demonstrates competence as a consultant for value-based performance culture. In detail:

  • Methodological competence
  • Personality competence
  • Social skills
  • Leadership competence
  • Self-control competence
  • Organizational competence
  • Persuasion skills (on the rational and emotional level)
  • Mastery of fluid organization (including lean processing, role design, results thinking)
  • Basic economic knowledge

The certificate is issued free of charge by Leisungskultur e. V. after passing a written and oral examination. We are responsible for the fee-based implementation of the examination, as well as for the leading training divided into 10 modules. This is not absolutely necessary if the competences required in the examination are proven on the candidate side. Depending on the previous education, it is also possible to take only a part of the 10 modules.

Examination fees are also charged in the event that certification is refused due to insufficient examination results of Leistungskultur e. V. Anyone who does not pass the examination is entitled to know for which topics the examinations were not sufficient to grant the certificate. A failed exam can be repeated.

Dates are offered for the modules. It is to be expected that if all 10 modules are used, certification will be possible 12-18 months later.

The following costs apply for certification:

Company Certificate
“Value-based performance culture”

With the certificate “Values-based performance culture” issued by the association, companies and other organizations acquire proof that they are a company managed according to the criteria of the Leistungskultur e. V. The suitability for certification is proven according to the guidelines of Leistungskultur e. V. on the basis of our Performance Culture Mirror (LKS 20G). The LKS20G measurement method is divided into 10 power factors and 10 culture factors:

We are also available for consulting and training. The certification is awarded by the association in three classes, depending on the result of the performance culture index:

Value-based performance culture*

Certification with one star requires that the 20 factors of the performance culture index are achieved in total with a result of > 60 percent.

Value-based performance culture**

Certification with two stars requires that the 20 factors of the performance culture index are achieved in total with a result of > 75 percent.

Value-based performance culture***

Certification with three stars requires that the 20 factors of the performance culture index are achieved in total with a result of > 90 percent.

The certification process is accompanied by us and requires proven proof of compliance with the principles. The issuance of the certificate by the association is free of charge.

The introduction to the certification is billed to us as a consulting service. With regard to our efforts, we will make you an individual offer tailored to your company, which is based on the size of your company and the amount of support required.

This includes a recommendation meeting with the company management on the basis of the evaluation results.

Company Certificate
“Best Dynamic Organization”

With the “Best Dynamic Organization” certification, companies and other organizations acquire proof that they are a company organized according to the statutes and guidelines of the Leistungskultur e. V.

Certification requires the implementation of at least five demonstrably lived principles:

  • Fluid Dynamics
  • Consistent focus on results
  • Extensive role responsibility
  • Stringent process transparency
  • Value-oriented leadership

The certification process is accompanied by us and requires proven proof of compliance with the principles. The issuance of the certificate by the association is free of charge.
